- Initial remains were uncovered in May 1995 during land clearing for a golf course near Mosier Valley Road and FM 157 in Fort Worth.
- DNA testing confirmed that skeletal fragments recovered from three separate sites belonged to the same man.
- Forensic analysis indicates the individual was a Hispanic or white male between 30 and 44 years old and stood roughly 5'7" to 6'1" tall.
