Taron Egerton to Lead in Crime Thriller 'She Rides Shotgun', Production to Begin Early 2024

• Taron Egerton is set to star in 'She Rides Shotgun,' a crime thriller based on John Harper's award-winning novel, directed by Nick Rowland and produced by Fifth Season and Black Bear.
• Egerton will play the role of Nate, an ex-convict who, after severing ties with his former gang, goes on the run with his 11-year-old daughter Polly to protect her from his past criminal connections.
• The film focuses on their attempts to escape their relentless pursuers and showcases Polly's transformation from a timid child into a resourceful survivor, while Nate learns to love unconditionally.
• The screenplay for 'She Rides Shotgun' was written by Ben Collins and Luke Piotrowski, with Egerton also serving as an executive producer for the film.
• International sales for the movie will be launched by Black Bear at the American Film Market, with domestic sales represented by Fifth Season and Range Media Partners. Filming is slated to commence in early 2024.
