Tara Moore, a British tennis player, has been cleared of doping charges after an 18-month investigation.
The International Tennis Integrity Agency found that contaminated meat was the source of the prohibited substances found in Moore's system.
Moore was provisionally suspended in May 2022 after testing positive for the anabolic steroids boldenone and nandrolone at a tournament in Colombia.
Moore was Britain’s highest-ranked doubles player and ranked 83rd in the world at the time of her suspension.
The International Tennis Integrity Agency continues to issue warnings about the risks of meat contamination in certain parts of the world to all players.
