• Driver Barbara Baker spotted a young child standing in the middle of a Tampa street during her route in August and immediately pulled over.
• She brought the child out of traffic and remained with him until Tampa Police officers arrived on the scene.
• Police told Baker the boy had walked about two-and-a-half blocks from his home before being found.
