- The CFP Management Committee set the 2028 season’s championship for Monday, Jan. 22, 2029, at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay.
- Tampa becomes the fourth city to host the CFP title game twice, joining Atlanta, New Orleans and Miami Gardens.
