• Tamil Nadu achieved a 100% success rate by certifying all 509,694 learners who took the FLNAT.
• Delhi certified 7,901 of 7,959 candidates, recording a 99.3% success rate.
• Tripura secured a 98.1% success rate by certifying 13,909 of 14,179 learners.
• The national average certification rate stands at 19.4%, skewed by over 49 lakh pending results and lower state outcomes in Uttarakhand (85.7%), Gujarat (87.1%) and Himachal Pradesh (88.3%).
• Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand and Odisha saw higher participation among women than men, highlighting growing demand for adult education.
