Tamil Nadu Releases Class 10 and 11 Supplementary Exam Results, Opens Scan Copy Applications

Provisional mark cards are available via official portals, SMS or DigiLocker; applications for scanned answer sheets can be submitted on August 4 and 5 for ₹275 per subject.

Overview

  • The Directorate of Government Examinations published SSLC and HSE +1 supplementary results on July 31 at 2:30 PM.
  • Students can download scorecards from dge.tn.gov.in, apply1.tndge.org and tnresults.nic.in, request results via SMS (TNBOARD10 [Roll No] to 09282232585) or retrieve them on DigiLocker.
  • Candidates must achieve a minimum of 35 marks in each subject to pass the supplementary examinations.
  • Applications for scanned answer-sheet copies must be submitted in person to the district Assistant Director between August 4 and 5 by 5 PM, with a ₹275 fee per subject.
  • Retake exams held July 4–10 served around 8–9 lakh students and leveraged digital platforms to ensure transparency and broaden access.
