Takeda Takahashi Joins Mortal Kombat 1 Roster with New Gameplay Trailer

The final Year 1 DLC fighter will be available on July 23 for Kombat Pack owners, featuring a unique moveset and brutal fatality.

Takeda Takahashi, previously seen in Mortal Kombat X, returns with a remixed backstory as Kenshi's cousin.
His moveset includes serrated whips, explosive kunai projectiles, and teleportation attacks.
Takeda will be available for Early Access on July 23, with a full release on July 30.
Ferra, a new Kameo fighter, will also be released on July 23.
Both characters will be playable at EVO 2025 this weekend.
