Overview
- Registration opened Monday, Nov. 2 for free tickets to the Choir’s Dec. 17–19 concerts and will remain open through Nov. 15 with winners notified by Dec. 1.
- Tickets are free and limited to four per household and in-person entry requires a ticket or joining a standby line that forms 90 minutes before each 8 p.m. performance.
- Children must be at least 8 years old to attend the concerts in person and the guest artists for the Dec. 17–19 programs have not yet been announced.
- The concerts are not being streamed live but will be recorded for later release, with a CD/DVD due Nov. 6 and televised specials slated on PBS, BYUtv, the CW and CBS.
- The Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square are volunteer ensembles that routinely draw demand beyond seating capacity, so the Church uses random draws and standby procedures to manage access and share the program more widely.
