T-Pain Calls Out DJ Khaled, Says 'Nobody Is Your Brother' in Music

The singer used a Club Shay Shay interview to argue that industry “brotherhood” is transactional.

  • He named DJ Khaled directly and warned fans not to believe “I’m your brother” pledges, adding Khaled was simply the first example that came to mind.
  • T-Pain and DJ Khaled previously collaborated on hits including “All I Do Is Win,” “I’m So Hood,” and “Go Hard.”
  • T-Pain has long said the relationship cooled around 2013 when he felt Khaled shifted toward Future, a rift he later revisited while recounting an Instagram dust-up on Drink Champs.
  • As of Wednesday evening, DJ Khaled had not publicly responded to the remarks, and outlets reported requests for comment.
