Overview

  • The migration, effective with the first billing cycle after August 13, applies to subscribers on Magenta Max, Magenta Plus, One Plus and Sprint Max legacy plans.
  • Customers will be switched to Go5G Plus at no additional cost and their monthly rates will remain unchanged.
  • Subscribers retain all existing plan benefits, including discounts, free lines and streaming perks.
  • Go5G Plus adds 50GB of mobile hotspot data and 15GB of roaming in Canada and Mexico.
  • Notifications of the change will be sent 14 days in advance, and customers cannot opt out or revert to legacy plans.
