- The MMS feature began rolling out July 29–30 for select Samsung and Motorola models after the service’s SMS launch on July 23.
- Devices automatically switch to T-Satellite in cellular dead zones without manual setup or sky-pointing.
- Multimedia messages can include images, GIFs, audio clips and short video but may face delays of up to two minutes for photos and 10–20 minutes for video.
- Customers on T-Mobile’s Experience Beyond and Go5G Next plans receive MMS support at no extra cost while other subscribers pay a monthly fee.
- T-Mobile will add satellite data services on October 1 and is set to introduce voice support in a future update.
