Actor Returns to Iconic Museum Steps, Inaugurates Rocky Shop

Sylvester Stallone returned to the Philadelphia Museum of Art steps to commemorate the inaugural Rocky Day, nearly 50 years after his character Rocky Balboa's iconic run up the steps in the 1976 film 'Rocky'.
Stallone delivered a speech to the crowd, thanking them and encouraging them to 'keep punching', echoing the spirit of his character.
Philadelphia's first-ever Rocky Day, a new annual city holiday, falls on the same day 'Rocky' was released to U.S. audiences.
Stallone also inaugurated his new Rocky Shop at the Parkway Visitor Center, a kiosk at the base of the steps near the Rocky statue that sells Rocky merchandise.
The actor reflected on his life and career, admitting to having 'tons of regrets' but emphasizing the importance of never giving up.
