Overview
- Phase One introduces 14 new food and beverage concepts with Maggio’s, Slim’s Quality Burgers and Loulou confirmed for late-2025 openings.
- Infrastructure enhancements include upgraded shopfronts, improved wayfinding, new furniture, finishes and added greenery.
- Passengers can enjoy temporary pop-up carts offering coffee and fresh food from York Street Coffee, Sushi Saikou and Baker’s Cut during construction.
- The new venues join existing T3 fixtures such as Luke Mangan’s Bistro & Bar, the Stone & Wood bar and the Heinemann Domestic store.
- Construction on Phase One is underway with late-2025 openings scheduled alongside ongoing terminal operations.
