- The exhibition is open Oct. 29–Nov. 3 at the former Amoeba Music site (1440 Cahuenga Blvd.), with $10 tickets benefiting Baby2Baby.
- Created by creative director Giovanna Engelbert and curated by Alexander Fury, the immersive show marks the brand’s 130th year.
- A centerpiece is Marilyn Monroe’s 1962 “Happy Birthday” gown, finished with 2,500 Swarovski crystals and loaned by Ripley’s Believe It or Not!.
- Galleries trace screen and stage history, including a Pop Icons room with crystal looks linked to Beyoncé, Madonna and Lady Gaga.
- The opening drew Cher, Venus Williams, Emily Ratajkowski, Viola Davis, Elizabeth Olsen and Kylie Jenner.
