- The resort began its weekly rotating Halloween cocktail series the week of Oct. 4 and is hosting Saturday costume contests at Dolphin’s Lagoon Games through Oct. 24.
- Four specialty cocktails rotate each week in October — Fantasia (Oct. 4–10), Blood Moon Lychee (Oct. 11–17), Haunted Harvest (Oct. 18–24) and Gravedigger (Oct. 25–31) — served across venues such as Bourbon Steak, bluezoo, Phins Lounge, Amare and Kimonos.
- Garden Grove at the Swan will offer a Thanksgiving buffet and several signature restaurants will add holiday dishes, with examples including slow‑roast turkey roulade at Bourbon Steak, Turkey Breast Milanese at Amare, Ballottina di Tacchino at Il Mulino and turkey roulade at bluezoo.
- The Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic is confirmed for Friday, Nov. 20 and Saturday, Nov. 21 and will feature unlimited food and beverage tastings, themed areas, tasting classes, live entertainment and appearances by chefs Michael Mina and Todd English.
- By concentrating seasonal menus, family activities and marquee events on property, the triplex is positioning itself as a turnkey fall and holiday alternative for families and food-minded visitors who prefer activities that do not require theme‑park tickets.
