Overview
- SVOLT said it achieved its first-ever quarterly profit in Q4 2025 and is aiming for full-year profitability in 2026.
- For 2026, the company targets 61 GWh in shipments, more than 30 new vehicle programs, overseas share above 31%, and energy storage growth above 200%.
- SVOLT introduced Stacking 4.0 with simultaneous 16-sheet stacking, a claimed 100% efficiency boost over 3.0, single-machine capacity above 1 GWh, and a 34% cost-per-Wh reduction, with mass production planned for Q2 2026.
- Its semi-solid program includes a first-generation high-nickel cell in small-batch production and first installation with a European passenger car brand at 270 Wh/kg, and a second-generation cell for eVTOL that has completed installed flight testing at 342 Wh/kg.
- A mid-nickel semi-solid cell is planned for mass production in October 2026 at 245 Wh/kg, SVOLT claims a solid electrolyte transfer process can cut thermal runaway probability by about 25%, and its Dragon Scale Armor 3.0 is targeted for Q1 2027 with heat–electric separation and CTC/CTB compatibility.
