Overview
- The crash occurred around 6:45 a.m. on Nov. 8 on the 1600 block of County Highway BD in the Town of Brighton.
- The northbound SUV rolled and came to rest upright about 60 feet off the roadway in a west-side ditch.
- Airbags deployed and the vehicle sustained significant front-end damage after colliding with the buck.
- Both the driver and passenger were evaluated at the scene and declined transport to a hospital.
- The deer died at the scene and was removed by a friend or relative of the driver as the Kenosha County Sheriff's Office investigates.
