Suspended Warriors' Draymond Green Expected to Return to Team's Facility

Green has been participating in counseling and virtual meetings during suspension, with NBA Commissioner to decide on his return.

Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green, who has been on an indefinite suspension since December 13, 2023, is expected to return to the team's facility in the coming days to start preparing to resume play.
Green's suspension was a result of repeated acts of on-court violence, including hitting Phoenix Suns center Jusuf Nurkic in the face and putting Minnesota Timberwolves center Rudy Gobert in a headlock.
During his suspension, Green has been participating in individual counseling sessions and virtual meetings with team, league, and union officials to chart his progress towards reinstatement.
The NBA Commissioner, Adam Silver, will have the final say on Green's return, but it's believed that Green will have satisfied the league's requirements to return once he is deemed properly ramped up to play.
The Warriors have gone 6-4 during Green's suspension.
