Suspended Punjab DIG Bhullar Booked Under Excise Law After CBI Liquor Seizure

  • An alleged middleman was also arrested in the bribery case, with officials reporting ₹21 lakh recovered from him, and cash was seized from the farmhouse as well.
  • Punjab issued a suspension order under All India Services rules, while the CBI has frozen bank accounts and lockers and is examining possible benami links and recent foreign trips.
