Suspect Surrenders in Crown Heights Antisemitic Stabbing, Faces Hate-Crime Charges

Police say 23-year-old Armani Charles is accused of stabbing Elias Rosner after making antisemitic threats.

  • Charles turned himself in at the NYPD’s 77th Precinct on Dec. 22 following a roughly weeklong search, authorities said.
