Suspect in Texas Massacre that Killed 5, Including Child, Arrested After Four-Day Manhunt

A manhunt ended with the capture of Francisco Oropesa, who was accused of killing five neighbors in Texas after they asked him to stop shooting in his yard.
Oropesa was captured with the help of tips from the public hiding in a closet under laundry at a house miles from the scene.
Among the dead was a 9-year-old Honduran boy who loved soccer and died defending his mother, one of the victims.
Two other women who died were also shielding children, who survived the shooting.
Oropesa had been deported multiple times to Mexico, and his wife was accused of plotting to help him escape to Mexico after the shooting.
