• Darien Hobley, a 22-year-old Maple Heights man, is scheduled for an initial hearing at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Bedford Municipal Court
• Hobley is being held without bond and faces pending murder charges for the Monday morning shooting
• The victim, 20-year-old Riley Jones of Shaker Heights, was pronounced dead at South Pointe Hospital after gunfire broke out just after 10 a.m. in the AutoZone parking lot
• Investigators say the couple argued in Maple Heights before the suspect followed Jones to the store, then surrendered inside and fled on foot before officers arrested him a block away
• Police are reviewing surveillance video and interviewing witnesses to piece together what led the dispute to turn deadly
