Suspect Identified in West Philadelphia Mass Shooting

28-year-old man charged with murder after being wounded in a violent gun battle that left three dead and six injured.

Tahir Shoatz, 28, faces multiple charges including three counts of murder and five counts of aggravated assault.
The shooting occurred during a large outdoor party in the Carroll Park neighborhood.
Investigators recovered over 36 shell casings from different caliber weapons at the scene.
Three men, including two brothers, were killed; six others were injured but are in stable condition.
