Overview

• Police say the argument erupted shortly after 10:15 p.m. Saturday in Englewood, with initial reports placing the scene on either the 100 block of West 63rd Street or West 73rd Street.
• The unknown suspect stabbed the 71-year-old man in the abdomen before officers arrived on scene.
• The victim was transported to the University of Chicago Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
