Suspect Arrested and Another Sought in Deadly Florida Carjacking

Authorities continue to investigate the violent carjacking that resulted in the death of Katherine Altagracia Guerrero De Aguasvivas, with one suspect in custody and another still at large.

Jordanish Torres-Garcia, 28, has been arrested in connection to the carjacking, while authorities are still searching for Giovany Joel Crespo Hernandez.
The incident occurred on April 11, when Guerrero De Aguasvivas was forcibly taken from her vehicle at gunpoint.
Investigators linked Torres-Garcia to the crime through evidence including clothing and a vehicle seen in surveillance footage.
During the investigation, significant amounts of fentanyl and cocaine were discovered in searches related to the case.
The case has drawn widespread attention, involving multiple law enforcement agencies and ongoing searches for additional suspects.
