Suspect Appears in Court Over Tile Hill Stabbing With Crown Court Hearing Next Week

Police say no other suspects are being sought, with an appeal for dashcam footage ongoing.

  • Anthony Priestley, 53, was found with severe stab injuries at his Aldrich Avenue home around 4:15am on 18 November and was pronounced dead at the scene.
  • Alexander Neilson, 28, has been charged with murder and aggravated burglary, appeared at Coventry Magistrates' Court on 21 November, and was remanded to appear at Warwick Crown Court on 25 November.
