• Singapore Airlines was voted the best airline in the world for the fifth time by Skytrax's survey of airline passengers worldwide.
• Qatar Airways and All Nippon Airways ranked second and third while Emirates and Japan Airlines also made the top five list.
• Delta Air Lines was the only U.S. airline to crack the top 20.
• The annual list ranked Asian and Middle Eastern airlines as dominating the top slots based on traveler satisfaction across over 325 airlines.
• AirAsia was named the world's best low-cost airline for the 12th consecutive year.
