Supreme Court Seeks Preventive Guidelines, Adjourns Contempt Plea in CJI Shoe-Throw Case

  • A bench led by Justices Surya Kant and Joymalya Bagchi asked the Attorney General, bar bodies and lawyers to submit proposals for pan-India safeguards across courtrooms and bar areas.
