• On August 29, a bench of Justices Surya Kant, Joymalya Bagchi and Vipul M Pancholi dissolved the marriage and endorsed a full and final settlement of Rs 2.25 crore.
• The husband handed over a Rs 1 crore bank draft and specified gift items on August 29, with the remaining Rs 1.25 crore due by November 30, 2025.
• Under the terms, the woman will retain gifts received from the husband, and the man will return items including the engagement ring, achkan buttons and a 10 gram ginni.
