The court refused to accept an unconditional apology from Patanjali's co-founders, Ramdev and Balkrishna, for not adhering to previous court orders.
The Supreme Court has suspended three officers from the Uttarakhand FDA and demanded the suspension of concerned officers for failing to take action against Patanjali.
The case began after the Indian Medical Association filed a petition against Patanjali for disparaging allopathy and the COVID vaccination drive.
