Overview

• Vox lodged its criminal complaint on October 21, 2024, against Congress President Francina Armengol, ex-advisor Koldo García and Soluciones de Gestión executives for alleged prevarication, embezzlement, influence peddling, document falsification and false testimony.
• The disputed contract covered 1.48 million FFP2 masks purchased for €3.7 million in April 2020 that were later certified as noncompliant with agreed specifications.
