• Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia will chair the search-cum-selection committee for APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University and the University of Digital Sciences, Innovation and Technology.
• The panel will comprise two nominees from the governor and two from the state government, with final member selection at Dhulia’s discretion.
• The Supreme Court ordered committee formation within two weeks followed by a four-week application period, a one-week scrutiny window and a month to finalise shortlists.
• To support the process, the court allocated an honorarium of ₹3 lakh per sitting plus office space, secretarial support, transit accommodation and an official vehicle for Dhulia.
