Supercell Acquires Full Ownership of Space Ape and Expands to London

The company has increased its investment in Space Ape, acquiring full ownership of the UK mobile studio.
Supercell initially acquired a 62% stake in Space Ape in 2017, which increased to 75% in 2022.
The acquisition is set to be completed by spring 2025, alongside the operational launch of the London office.
Space Ape's CEO expressed enthusiasm for the continued partnership and integration into Supercell.
