'Super Mario Bros. Movie' tops box office for third week, races toward $1 billion

The Super Mario Bros. Movie dominated the box office for the third weekend in a row, earning $58 million this weekend to bring its domestic total to $434 million and global total to $871 million.
The horror film Evil Dead Rise debuted in second place with $23 million but was no match for The Super Mario Bros. Movie.
