Suns working to launch new G League affiliate by 2024-25 season

The Phoenix Suns are aiming to have a new G League team by 2024-25.
This would make the Suns the 30th and final NBA team with a G League affiliate.
Suns owner Mat Ishbia is eager to bring a development team back to the Valley.
The Suns previously had a G League team but sold it in 2020.
Phoenix has made other moves like partnering for streaming and hosting the 2024 WNBA All-Star game.
