Suhas Subramanyam Wins Virginia's 10th Congressional District Seat

Suhas Subramanyam, a former tech policy adviser and Virginia state senator, won with 52.1% of the vote.
The Associated Press called the race at 10:49 p.m. ET with 99% of ballots counted.
Subramanyam was endorsed by retiring Rep. Jennifer Wexton, who did not seek reelection due to health issues.
