• Thirty-seven junior teams will compete in the Suhandinata Cup when it returns to India for the first time since 2008
• The mixed team championships will be staged at Amingaon’s National Centre of Excellence from October 6 to 11 with only group winners advancing to the quarter-finals
• Domestic selection trials will run August 9–13 to fill remaining Indian squad spots after Asia Junior medallists received direct entry
• A new best-of-three relay format featuring 45-point sets will be tested to shorten match times
• Individual championships are scheduled to follow in Guwahati from October 13 to 19
