Sue Bird, Sylvia Fowles Lead 2025 Women's Basketball Hall of Fame Class

The Hall of Fame ceremony will honor seven influential figures in women's basketball on June 14 in Knoxville.

Sue Bird, Sylvia Fowles, Cappie Pondexter, and Alana Beard are the headline inductees for the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame Class of 2025.
Bird, a five-time Olympic gold medalist and four-time WNBA champion, retired in 2022 as the WNBA's all-time assists leader.
Sylvia Fowles, recognized for her defensive prowess, won two WNBA Finals MVPs and holds four Defensive Player of the Year titles.
Alana Beard and Cappie Pondexter both achieved significant milestones in the WNBA, including championships and individual accolades.
The class also includes coaches Mark Campbell and Lucille Kyvallos, and WBCA executive director Danielle Donehew.
