Subway Launches 'Subway Sidekicks' Menu with Footlong Snacks

Subway has introduced a new 'Subway Sidekicks' menu featuring footlong cookies, churros, and pretzels, available at all stores in the U.S. starting January 22.
The footlong snacks are priced at $2 for the churro, $3 for the pretzel, and $5 for the cookie, although prices may vary by location.
Subway partnered with Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon to create the footlong pretzel and churro, respectively.
Subway's North America president, Douglas Fry, stated that the new menu items were introduced in response to the rising trend of snacking and customer feedback.
Despite recent positive sales, Subway has seen a decline in the number of U.S. stores, from 27,219 in 2015 to 20,576 in 2022.
