Substitute Teacher Fired For Recording Students Fight in Classroom 'Fight Ring'

A substitute teacher in Texas encouraged students to fight each other in the classroom she was overseeing.
The teacher outlined rules for the students to follow and had one student act as a lookout at the door.
Video of the fighting was recorded by a student's parent and brought to the attention of officials.
The school district called the teacher's actions "appalling and intolerable" and she will not be allowed to work for them again.
Police are investigating the incidents.
