Subhash Ghai has sold two luxury apartments in Jogeshwari's Splendor Complex for ₹11.61 crore, with each unit priced at ₹5.80 crore.
The transactions, registered in March 2025, were conducted under his company Mukta Tele Arts Private Limited.
The apartments, each featuring a carpet area of 889 sq. ft and a built-up area of 1,067 sq. ft, are located in Mumbai's well-connected western suburbs.
In February 2025, Ghai and his wife Mukta Ghai purchased a 4BHK luxury apartment in Bandra West for ₹24 crore, spanning 4,364 sq. ft of carpet area.
The recent sales and purchase reflect Ghai's active engagement in Mumbai's luxury property market, aligning with broader trends of celebrity real estate investments.
