Three seven-year-old students found a container of blue items they thought was candy and briefly put the items in their mouths.
The students began feeling dizzy and were taken to local hospitals as a precaution.
Police suspect the items were a methamphetamine-related drug like Adderall or MDMA.
The students have been released from the hospital and are expected to recover fully.
The source of the drugs is still under investigation.
