Strong Second-Half Performance from Scottie Barnes Pushes Raptors to Overtime Victory Over Spurs

Toronto Raptors overcame a significant 22-point deficit against the San Antonio Spurs, thanks to Scottie Barnes' exceptional second-half performance of 25 out of his total 30 points.
On top of his scoring, Barnes grabbed 11 rebounds, giving the Raptors their first road victory of the season and ending the Spurs' two-game winning streak.
In spite of Spurs rookie Victor Wembanyama's promising performance, scoring 20 points with five blocked shots, it was not enough to maintain their lead.
Other key contributions to the Raptors' win included Dennis Schroder and O.G Anunoby, who both scored 24 points, and Jakob Poeltl who had 16 points and 10 rebounds.
Despite the Spurs' early strength, leading 25-16 in the opening period and increasing their lead to 54-35 by the break, their inability to maintain their lead saw the Raptors outscore them 23-10 in the final quarter, sparking their comeback.
