Amy Dowden, diagnosed with stage three breast cancer in 2023, froze five embryos before undergoing chemotherapy-induced menopause.
The 34-year-old dancer announced she had 'no evidence of disease' in February 2024 following a mastectomy and chemotherapy.
Dowden returned to Strictly Come Dancing in September 2024 but had to withdraw early due to a stress fracture unrelated to her prior health issues.
She and her husband, Ben Jones, hope to try for a family in the future, pending medical clearance, and have discussed alternative options if needed.
