Strictly's Amy Dowden Hospitalized After Backstage Collapse

The dancer, recently returned from cancer treatment, is recovering well after a precautionary hospital visit.

Amy Dowden, a professional dancer on Strictly Come Dancing, was taken to the hospital after collapsing backstage following a live broadcast.
Paramedics responded to a medical emergency at Elstree Studios, transporting Dowden to Barnet Hospital for further care.
Dowden, who has Crohn's disease, returned to the show in August after a year-long battle with breast cancer and subsequent treatment.
Her spokesperson confirmed that Dowden is feeling much better and thanked the Strictly family for their support.
The BBC stated that the results show would proceed as planned and emphasized the priority of participants' wellbeing.
