Overview

• Officers pursued a stolen Porsche driving erratically near Fraser Rise at about 10:50 am before the vehicle was abandoned on Minindee Rd and five occupants fled into Manor Lakes P-12 College grounds.
• Manor Lakes College was placed into precautionary lockdown around 11 am and later declared safe once police secured the site.
• Three of the five suspects have been apprehended while a manhunt continues for the two individuals still at large in Melbourne’s west.
• Authorities have urged anyone with CCTV or dashcam recordings of the chase or suspect movements to contact Crime Stoppers.
• Parents said they were not directly notified of the lockdown and only learned of the incident through their children.
