Stolen Dog Reunites with Owners After Eight Years

She was one of four dogs taken, with one killed in an escape attempt and two others still missing.
A microchip detail update attempt led police to the current owners, who had adopted Daisy unknowingly.
Surrey Police officers traveled three hours to return Daisy, who recognized her original owners instantly.
Dog thefts in the UK have risen, with 2,290 reported last year, a 6% increase from 2022.
