Overview

  • Scheduled for September 19, the reissue will be available on streaming platforms for the first time and in CD and vinyl formats—including 5,000 numbered copies and a 2,000-unit special edition with replica seven-inch singles.
  • Rhino High Fidelity remastered the original analog master tapes for the vinyl pressing and produced high-resolution digital files for the CD and streaming release.
  • The announcement follows coordinated Instagram posts quoting lyrics from “Frozen Love” on July 17 and a cryptic Sunset Boulevard billboard displaying the album cover and release date on July 21.
  • Recorded at Los AngelesSound City Studios in 1973, the album drew Mick Fleetwood’s attention and prompted Nicks and Buckingham to join Fleetwood Mac in 1974.
  • Stevie Nicks emphasized the reissue is an archival project and confirmed that no full-band reunion will take place without Christine McVie.
