  • Police stopped Renouf during a routine licence check and roadside breath test in Red Hill and allege he returned a blood alcohol concentration of 0.197 per cent.
  • He was charged with one count of driving under the influence of liquor and had his licence immediately suspended.
  • Renouf issued a public apology expressing remorse to his family, supporters and the rugby league community.
  • The former centre is scheduled to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court on July 16 to face the high-range drink-driving charge.
  • Renouf played 183 games for the Brisbane Broncos, won four premierships for club and country and serves as an ambassador for Indigenous health and type-1 diabetes awareness.
